Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady held a press conference Saturday after the team’s final NFL preseason game and questions regarding his recent unexplained absence resurfaced due to his emotionless facial expression.

Following his presser, NFL Twitter noticed Brady seemed different, with most users commenting that it seems like he underwent plastic surgery.

Brady, 45, was gone from training camp for 11 days, with multiple theories claiming different reasons for the quarterback’s absence.

Eleven days doesn’t seem like enough time to recover from a surgical procedure but it’s possible that he got Botox injections.

Twitter users pointed out how Brady’s forehead did not move at all when he spoke and that his speech seemed tense, both effects of Botox.

Tom Brady mentions his age

Interestingly enough, when asked why he left training camp for 11 days, Brady mentioned his age when stating that his reason was personal.

“It’s all personal. Everyone’s got different situations they’re dealing with, so we all have really unique challenges,” Brady said. “I’m 45 years old, man. There’s a lot of s— going on.

“You just got to figure out life the best you can. It’s a continuous process.”

This isn’t the first time Brady and plastic surgery are mentioned in the same sentence, and the topic will likely only continue as he ages.

If Brady did get Botox, it will hardly affect his throwing, so Bucs fans should not worry ahead of the season opener against the Dallas Cowboys on September 11.
