An Australia woman has shared a clip to TikTok that shows how she ended up with a ‘square head’ after undergoing a procedure to remove chin-fat.
Sofia Marroquin, aged 19, underwent a ‘Kybella’ treatment that has left her with temporary swelling and bruising that resulted in a square face. The procedure, which is a nonsurgical injection technique used to reduce excess fat beneath the chin, left her face extremely swollen and puffy resulting in her usually pointy chin appearing to be completely square.
After ‘getting her face done’ he shared a clip to the social media platform TikTok to reveal her ‘new look’.

Speaking in the video she says that she had “some lovely needles into my face”.
While her family was unaware that she had had the procedure, the video continued to show their reactions to the results.
Her father was first to feature, reacting by saying “Oh my goodness”, while holding his hand to his mouth, before her mother reacted in almost the same way.
Next her sister walked in and reacted with fits of laughter dropping to the floor in shock – not having any idea what had gone wrong.
The video has been seen over 3.6 million views with many users expressing shock and confusion as to her new look.
Feeling the need to explain her new face, Sophia later shared an “explanation” video detailing her procedure.

She said: “Lots of people have been asking why I made my face look like a rectangle. I didn’t purposefully make my face look like a rectangle.”
“I got a treatment done called Kybella which removes fat from the lower part of your face. People tend to get it for your double chin but I got it in my jowls area.
“Mine was really fatty covering up my jaw so I just wanted to remove that fat – just a little bit – just to make it look a little better. That’s all.
“It’s still really swollen and really numb, I can’t feel that”.
The final reveal of the facial transformation is yet to be revealed, as the swelling still persists, however, Sophia says that she will eventually post a proper before and after to show off the end results.
