But his changing physique has sparked fresh speculation from followers that he’s had fillers.

One said: “Your face has totally changed. Where’s the handsome Love Island guy?”

Another asked: “Why have you had filler put in your face Anton? It looks horrific, you look normal without it and this does not make you look attractive.”

Other trolls called his face “chubby”, asked if he’s been “stung by a pee” and told him to “lay off the needles”.

Responding to the haters in an Instagram video, Airdrie-born Anton said: “Let’s address the elephant in the room. I’ve been getting a lot of negative comments recently.

“Yes, I’ve put on weight. 20 kilos in fact but I know what my end goal is.”

He added: “People in life are always going to be negative. But you should never let that affect your goals and your dreams.

“If you believe in something, go after it no matter what anyone says to you

“It is your life, it’s your journey. Do what makes you happy.”

Fans have applauded the star, who recently quit reality fame to focus on bodybuilding and his personal training empire, over his post.

One said: “You look great and I love your videos they are inspiring, ignore the haters.”

Another added: “Well said. You are an inspiration to us all.”

Meanwhile a third wrote: “Love this, you look great. You have great vibes, you keep doing you, Iam here for it hunny.”

It’s not the first time Anton has spoken out in defence of his changing looks.

Last year, the Love Island hunk was forced to deny having surgery on his face after startling fans with a new look.

FACING THE HATERS

He posted a picture of himself on Instagram where he looked dramatically different, but insisted “I’m honest. I will say if I have, I don’t care.”

The handsome Scot, one of the stars of the hit 2019 series of the show, looked chiselled in the new snap.

Speaking to Fubar Radio’s Access All Areas, Anton said: “Recently, I’ve been getting a lot of hate and it’s a lot to do with my face.

“A lot of people are accusing me of having work done to my face.”

He told hosts Stephen Leng and Bobby Norris: “I genuinely haven’t had work done to my face.”

Just months later he hit back AGAIN over cosmetic surgery accusations after fans said he looks “unrecognisable“.

The star shared a series of gym snaps showing off his toned physique, however fans were distracted by his “changing” face.

The fitness fanatic previously revealed the ‘perfect’ body doesn’t guarantee happiness – as his six-pack makes him miserable.

Anton, who is no stranger to flaunting his chiselled abs, told fans he gets fed up of dieting and feeling hungry to achieve his muscled bod.

Speaking on BBC Radio 5, he said: “Sometimes when I have a six pack I’m most miserable because I’m starving and I’m dieting.

“I have happier times, maybe when I’m more out of shape.”
