Holly, 41, and Phil, 60, were left shocked as the guest revealed she has spent over £10,000 to look like a Barbie.

Dolly revealed that she had re-claimed the word “bimbo” as her “identity” as a form of empowerment.

She explained her plans to look “more plastic than human”, causing her to fall out with her family.

The 29-year-old detailed her long list of enhancements, from lip filler to a boob job, as well as regular Botox injections.

She told the hosts: “My first surgery was 520CC, my breast surgery, and I’m now at 1010CC, and I’m hoping to go to 2000.

“I’m still growing my lips as I really like them ultra-pouty.”

Holly added: “There’s more extreme things as well? You’re thinking about having ribs taken away?”

Dolly continued: “It’s something that interests me to get that really super narrow Barbie, hourglass waist. It’s what I desire, it’s what I want to do.”

“You say you want to be more plastic than human?” Phil added, as Dolly replied: “I do, yes.

“At the moment, I have been going more towards becoming a plastic bimbo, and I am still very much in the infancy of that.

“I’m sure there’s ratio and quantities for silicone to flesh. It’s just a feeling – I want to explore that plastic identity and express myself how I’ve always wanted to.

“You only live once and this is who I want to be. I want to show the world that this is who I am.”

Despite insisting on many occasions that she was “happy” and understood the risks, fans at home begged someone to help.

“This has turned into a really sad story. She needs help, really does,” one penned on Twitter after the segment.

Another chimed in: “This is such a cry for help, she is an intelligent woman,” as a third said: “She needs help.”

“She needs help not telly interviews,” a fourth added, while a fifth said: “Feel desperately sorry for her.”

Others stepped in to defend her, saying: “She’s clearly happier now! Nothing more too it. It’s not for everyone for sure, but it is for her. End of!”

It comes after Dolly revealed that she wanted to look “more plastic than human” to live her best “bimbo life”.

She comes from a privileged family with connection to the Royals but never felt like she fitted in.

Speaking to Truly, she said: “My aim is to look more plastic than human. I would describe my looks as bimbo doll.

“I’ve always wanted to look like a plastic barbie.”

The ostracised “bimbo” added that her family’s plan for her was to get married and have lots of children, which has led her to cut them off.

She said: “My bloodline is very important to them and goes quite far back into the Royal Family.

“They would constantly and relentlessly try to set me up with wealthy landowners’ sons. I really didn’t like that at all.”

Dolly moved to London from her family home in Bath in her early twenties so she could freely express herself.

She started channelling her “bimbo” energy through late night shows – such as Sexetera – erotic literature and porn.

Dolly’s “bimbo” look has attracted over 17,000 Instagram followers and pushed her to start a “bimbo” streetwear business.
