Keira Maguire is getting lip filler again after her botched injections.

The star, 36, was back in the chair at a Melbourne clinic on Thursday getting injectables to ensure a plump pout.

Keira, who spoke about her botched lips back in 2019, seemed comfortable as the needle went in her lips to add volume.

Keira's lips are back to looking suitably plump after her injecting nightmare prior to her appearance on The Bachelor back in 2016. Here: May, 2022

Keira opted to not say too much with her just showing the injections.

The reality star has famously spent around $35,000 on plastic surgery since her appearance on The Bachelor in 2016.

Keira revealed back in 2019 that she would never live down the botched pout she had when she appeared on The Bachelor.

Speaking to News.com.au, the then 33-year-old recalled her lip filler nightmare in late 2017 that saw her injected with eight times the amount of filler she had wanted.

Keira revealed that she had specifically asked for a ‘a quarter of a millilitre’ of filler to be injected into her lips, as she wanted to keep a ‘natural’ look.

After her first injections, Keira complained that one part of her lip looked ‘deflated’. In order to correct this, the beautician ended up using two millilitres of filler instead.

‘It’s eight times more than what I would normally get, which is absolutely ridiculous,’ she said.

She had booked herself in for the treatment just two weeks before filming began for Bachelor in Paradise’s first season in late 2017.

Despite being reassured that the swelling of her lips would go down, Keira says this didn’t happen and, as a result, she felt insecure about her appearance during filming.

Now, she is reminded of the ordeal every time photos or footage from the series resurface online.

‘That’s something that I can never forget,’ she said. ‘I’ll never be able to live it down.’

After filming Bachelor in Paradise, Keira had the fillers dissolved, but the process left her lips ‘black’ and she was forced to stay indoors for three days.

The botched treatment hasn't deterred Keira from more cosmetic work, however. She has undergone a nose job, a breast augmentation, facial fillers and Botox over the past few years

She has undergone a nose job, a breast augmentation, facial fillers and Botox over the past few years, with her surgery bill totalling around $35,000.

She previously told NW magazine: ‘Although people can look at me like [I’m superficial], these changes make me happy and they make me feel like me.’
