But Emma Roche now looks hardly recognisable after embracing the lifestyle of an eastern suburbs socialite.

The 33-year-old displayed a noticeably plump pout and taut visage in her latest Instagram selfie on Thursday.

It’s unclear exactly what she has done to enhance her looks, but she appears to have undergone Botox and filler to smooth out her wrinkles and make her lips look larger. 

In October 2019, the Irish-Australian fashion brand manager admitted to getting ‘subtle filler’ to create the perfect jawline.

‘A pleasure welcoming @thebachelorau’s @miss_emma_roche back to the clinic recently!’ the Cosmos Clinic wrote on Instagram.

The brunette often tags the Cosmos Clinic in her Instagram selfies, along with her cosmetic nurse Benoite Boucoiran. 

Emma made it to the top four on season seven of The Bachelor, before she was eliminated by astrophysicist Matt.

She was known as a ‘stage-five clinger’ on the show after becoming the first contestant to use the L-word.

Emma is now a social media influencer, promoting everything from vodka to sex toys with her 32,000 Instagram followers.
