Rebecca’s unusual skin treatment isn’t something dreamed up by Dracula, but a bona fide rejuvenating procedure. How did she like the strange facial?
Rebecca Parrott, star of 90 Day Fiancé season 8, may have just turned the big 5-0, but her youthful spirit and style often make her seem half her age. With a more than two-decade age gap between her and her fiancé Zied Hakimi, Rebecca often feels pressure to look younger. But it seems that Rebecca is beginning to embrace the skin she’s in, and she recently posted a (mostly) makeup-free selfie and video detailing the unusual treatment she used to make her skin look so good.
It’s clear that Rebecca is head-over-heels in love with Zied, but their age difference can sometimes cause friction between the couple. Rebecca claims to feel secure in the relationship, but she has gotten jealous and paranoid in the past when Zied got attention from women closer to his own age. It’s only natural that she would feel some insecurity, but sometimes it seems to get the better of her. Rebecca’s jealousy could be contributing to her efforts to keep herself looking young and beautiful so Zied’s eyes don’t start to wander.

Rebecca has gotten cosmetic procedures done in the past, but her new skin treatment is sure to gross some fans out. In a new Instagram post, Rebecca details the vampire facial she just got. “I recently had something called a vampire facial…when they suggested that I have the vampire facial of course the sound of it sounds kinda crazy, which I’m always for,” she commented in the video. She described the process of the strange treatment, which started with drawing her blood. The esthetician then “spun out the plasma,” applied it to Rebecca’s face, and did a microneedling treatment over it.
Vampire facials became popularized after Kim Kardashian posted a selfie of her getting one in 2013. The treatment is just as Rebecca described it, and the platelet-rich plasma, or PRP, contains nutrients and proteins that help aid cellular turnover and skin rejuvenation. However, there has been some debate about the efficacy and safety of the treatment and a spa in New Mexico that performed vampire facials was shut down for potentially exposing clients to blood-borne infections. But regardless, fans thought Rebecca’s skin looked beautiful after the procedure.
It may seem like Rebecca is taking extreme and unusual measures to look younger, but she’s not the only one. There are several stars of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise who might be addicted to plastic surgery procedures to alter their looks. Seeing oneself on TV can be a head trip and the stars often face intense criticism about their appearance. So it’s not surprising that they can develop body dysmorphia and turn to surgery and other cosmetic procedures to enhance their appearance. If fans weren’t so critical about the way they look, reality stars might not feel compelled to make changes to their bodies.
Rebecca’s fans were surprisingly on-board with the bloody treatment and think that whatever the 90 Day Fiancé star is doing to her skin, she should keep it up. There are many who consider Rebecca an ageless beauty and think she doesn’t need all the makeup and photo filters to look stunning. Rebecca is already beautiful, but if getting a vampire facial helps her to embrace her age and appearance, then more power to her.
