But now the nose job has fallen out of fashion, with high numbers of “rhinoplasty regrets” making it the cosmetic procedure with the highest dissatisfaction rating.

Doctors say that in recent years demand has soared for non-surgical treatment, which involves injecting a filler agent to temporarily change the shape of the nose. They typically last between six months and two years.
