She was dubbed a ‘Kim Kardashian lookalike’ when she debuted on season six of Married At First Sight two years ago.

But Martha Kalifatidis looks very different from the E! reality star these days, after changing up her style and undergoing a series of beauty treatments.

The 32-year-old’s changing facial features were on display when she attended the Celeste Barber x MCoBeauty launch in Sydney last Tuesday.

Her cheeks and lips looked slightly fuller than when she first appeared on TV in 2019, leading to speculation she may have recently undergone a fresh round of Botox and filler.

Martha recently spoke about her cosmetic work on Instagram, admitting she had been ‘filled out’ everywhere except for under her eyes.

Martha then admitted she was planning on getting injectables to reshape her jaw.

Back in 2019, Martha shared her thoughts on cosmetic enhancements, after revealing that ‘botched’ lip filler had once left her with an uneven mouth.

‘Please, if you’re considering getting [cosmetic work] done for the first time, just really think about it,’ she said in a YouTube video.

‘There’s so much risk involved. It looks easy, but there is so much more to it. It shouldn’t be taken lightly and you should take time and consider it.’

She also encouraged fans to choose their cosmetic doctor carefully, insisting they find someone with whom they share a common ‘aesthetic’ vision.

Discussing her cosmetic work over the years, Martha added: ‘I think for me, when I come in and have a procure done, it’s not just something that I do willy nilly.

‘It is something that I have been considering for a long time, it is something that is really bothering me. It is something that is concerning to me and I want to fix it.
