Married At First Sight‘s Connie ‘Coco’ Stedman spent years transforming her appearance before making her TV debut on Monday night.

Daily Mail Australia can reveal the Pilates studio owner, 30, splashed out more than $10,000 on various cosmetic procedures, including a boob job, Botox and lip filler.

Throwback photos from her old Instagram account reveal just how different she used to look before surgery.

Several photos show her with noticeably thinner lips, less defined cheeks and much smaller breasts.

Coco’s upper lip appears to have doubled in size in recent years.

She regularly has Botox ‘touch-ups’ in her chin and forehead, too, and gets lip filler to keep her pout looking as plump as possible.

Gym enthusiast Coco, who hails from Sydney, reflected on her body transformation in an Instagram post in January.

‘I poured a lot of attention into my rig last year and even though I am still focused, driven and training hard, I am thoroughly enjoying growing and completely recomp-ing my body to bring an even better rig for my next cut,’ she wrote.

‘I love pushing myself and working hard in everything I do. I love the baptism of fire that comes with pushing yourself harder than you could ever think is possible.’

Meanwhile, Coco recently revealed she’d battled bad skin in the past.

‘That inflammation… Just in case you need to see a before and after,’ she captioned a post showing her skin before and after undergoing acne treatment.

Coco then told her followers she had ‘zero scarring’ after having the procedure done at a Sydney clinic.

The before picture showed her with pimples and clusters of spots around her cheeks, chin and neck. The after photo showed her with clear, glowing skin.

She then revealed that changing her diet hadn’t improved her skin, hence why she needed professional help.

‘That top photo was when I was literally eating like a saint, too. All organic, turmeric kale drinks, no gluten, no dairy,’ she wrote.
