Kyle Richards divulged one of her favorite beauty secrets, which she has credited with helping to lift and tighten her face and neck muscles over the years.

As she underwent an electric current facial at Carina’s Facial Studio, the 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star documented the treatment for her four million Instagram followers on Thursday. 

‘Prepping for all the things at @carinas_skin_care,’ she captioned footage of herself laying down under a white towel with bandages across her face.

Following the procedure, Richards showed off her glowing skin as she praised her skin guru of more than 15 years, who she praised was ‘the master.’

‘You really are the BEST Carina ❤️,’ the TV personality raved on her Instagram Story.

In a 2014 interview with Haute Living magazine, the mother-of-four described the facial as the most outrageous beauty treatment she endures for youthful skin.

‘It looks ridiculous—like Hannibal Lechter attached to a mask—but [the electric current facial] does make you look younger and tighten your muscles,’ she explained. ”I also do microderm abrasion, and that to keep me as young as possible.’ 

Over the past decade, the Halloween Kills actress has been open about getting Botox, two nose jobs, liposuction, breast reduction surgery and ‘lasers and PRP on’ her face. 

Her post comes just two days after Richards shut down claims that she uses the diabetes medication Ozempic to lose weight.

After showing off her toned body in a enviable bikini photo earlier this week, internet trolls accused the reality star of using Ozempic – a type 2 diabetes treatment that is used off-label as a weight loss drug. 

In the comment section of a Page Six Instagram post that linked to a story about her ripped figure, the younger sister of Kathy Hilton responded to a user that wrote: ‘I think it’s many visits to the plastic surgeon.’ 

‘I have never tried Ozempic and this is not from plastic surgery,’ Richards responded.

‘I did have a breast reduction in May. I’m honest about what I do. But if giving plastic surgery the credit makes you feel better then pop off sister,’ she added.

Under the same post, another user simply commented, ‘Ozempic?’

Richards wrote: ‘I am NOT taking Ozempic. Never have.’
