Michael Myers would approve.

Kyle Richards showed off a bit of her beauty routine on her Instagram Stories Thursday, posting a clip of herself mid-facial in a terrifying mask.

“Prepping for all the things at @carinas_skin_care,” the “Halloween” and “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, 54, captioned the video of herself all bandaged up and connected to wires.

She also posed with spa founder Carina Tanijian post-facial to show off her glowing results, revealing that she has been coming to the same place for 15 years.

Indeed, Richards shared footage of the same treatment on social media back in 2015, with her followers calling the mask “creepy” and comparing it to a “medieval torture device.”

According to the Carina’s Skin Care website, Richards’ $195 Electric Treatment — which includes extractions and microdermabrasion — “introduces vitamins and minerals to the dermis layer of the skin” while “lifting and tightening the face and neck muscles” in order to help minimize pores, increase collagen, treat discoloration, acne and more.

In a 2014 interview with Haute Living, Richards pointed to the beauty treatment as the “most outrageous” one she’d ever tried, saying, “It looks ridiculous—like Hannibal Lechter [sic] attached to a mask—but [the electric current facial] does make you look younger and tighten your muscles.”

It seems the star is gearing up for the Bravo show to resume filming after it was announced that Lisa Rinna and Diana Jenkins will not be returning to “RHOBH.” She’s coming to Season 13 with a fresh look in other ways as well, having debuted a lighter hair color on Instagram this week.

Richards also made headlines earlier this week when she showed off her insanely toned abs in a mirror selfie, which sparked a few naysayers to question if she had used the diabetes drug Ozempic to lose weight.

“I have never tried ozempic and this is not from plastic surgery,” she fired back at commenters on Page Six’s Instagram account beneath a post that linked to a story about her ripped muscles.

She did admit to having a breast reduction in May, but denied any other procedures.

Clearly, the Beverly Hills native is feeling refreshed and renewed for 2023.
