Katie Price has defended her love of plastic surgery, saying: “I’m in my 40s so why not?”
The mum-of-five, 43, spoke out after talk show host Lorraine Kelly advised her not to have any more work done, telling the model she looked “fine”.
“You sound like my mother!” the star exclaimed.

Price – who has had several cosmetic procedures over the years – went on: “I’m in my 40s so why not?
“Everyone knows I’m going to do it and everyone picks on me for it, my mum, everyone.
“But, you know, I try these things.
“You know and I know, there are so many people out there who have these little tweaks and they are like, ‘Are you joking, I’m natural’ and I’m like, ‘No you are not!’”
“I tell everyone what I’ve had done, I don’t care,” she added.
Price said her mother told her off after she had a brow lift, asking why she had done it.
But the model told her: “I’m in my 40s, I did my whole career natural, apart from the boobs, I am going to have surgery.
“It’s what I want.”
Price travelled to Turkey last year with her fiance Carl Woods for procedures including full body liposuction and eye and lip lifts.
But despite classing herself as a “surgery veteran”, she told The Sun she was shocked when she came round.

She said: “Honestly, I’ve gone to hell and back, it was horrific – ‘Oh my God I look like a monster out of a horror movie.’
“I just thought, ‘This is it, I’m going to die’.”
She went on: “I’ve woken up with holes and stitches all over my body. I look like I’ve got cat’s whiskers coming out of my nose and eyes. But I just want the old Katie back!”
