Lucy first spoke with Dr Patrick Treacy who revealed he treated the late Michael Jackson.

He said: “It all began in 1996 to 1998. Three things came on board.

“One was the use of Botox aesthetically. The second was derma fillers and the third was IPL Laser.

“We were ahead of US in aesthetic medicine by at least eight to nine years which is probably one of the reasons that Michael Jackson came to us originally to get hyaluronic acid taken out of his face.

“I treated Michael seven or eight times or more.”

He then told Lucy all the things she could do to improve her facial features including Botox.

Viewers weren’t happy and thought Lucy looked great without it.

One person wrote: “You’re an absolute ride @KennedyLucy Don’t mind yer man. The neck of him #lucyinvestigates.”

Chris added: “I can’t believe he said Botox is an obvious one for you, she looks great for her age #LUCYINVESTIGATES.”

Jennifer said: “#lucyinvestigates ‘I thought I was a bit of a ride’, you are Lucy, you are! @KennedyLucy.”

‘NOTHING PERFECT’

Lucy then met Kaz who wants to be the Irish Kim Kardashian and has undergone extensive cosmetic surgery.

She also met Ava Van Rose, who is no stranger to going under the knife.

Ava explained that looking good is not as easy it seems.

She said: “If I’m honest with you there’s nothing perfect about it. It’s a constant upkeep Lucy and it’s not as glamorous as people perceive it to be at all.

“Constant expense. Constantly feeling less than, never happy. It’s awful.

“It may look glamorous… But there’s a constant mentality of never feeling good enough.

“You always feel like you need more. There’s that part of you that wishes you hadn’t started it to begin with.”

‘BASICALLY CHANGED EVERYTHING’

Ava told of all the surgeries she’s had done.

She told Lucy: “I’ve had two boob jobs, two bum jobs. I had a liposuction, I had tummy tuck, I had work done to my vagina.

“I’ve had work done to my face, I’ve had my lips, my teeth done.

“I’ve basically changed everything about myself.”

And Ava told how she had trouble with butt implants.

She said: “It was horrible for me. I would not recommend implants to anybody. They start to sag, they start to move.

“I’m currently waiting to get another surgery at the moment because I’m currently in the position where one of my implants have moved in my bum.

ADDICTION

“I don’t want to get it on camera but one is higher than the other and that is sore.

“I definitely don’t recommend implants to anybody.”

Ava explained how she was tired of the pressure to keep up her perfect image.
