John Strasswimmer, M.D., F.A.A.D., and Mojgan Hosseinipour, D.O., F.A.A.D., are committed to providing patients with the most state-of-the-art dermatological care.

Moving from Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, Dr. Strasswimmer has built his Delray Mohs surgery practice into one that rivals some of the best academic programs in the country, uniquely providing both Mohs surgery and cosmetic reconstruction.

He introduces new therapies to patients which were not previously available in Florida and has written more than 40 research discoveries. He was selected twice as “Physician Hero” by the Palm Beach Medical Society and “Man of the Year” by the Florence Fuller Foundation.

Dr. Hosseinipour completed a dermatology residency, with four years of additional training at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, where she was selected to serve as chief resident. Dr. Hosseinipour has been selected as a Castle Connolly Rising Star for 2022.

“With Dr. Hosseinipour we now can offer that same kind of university level care for complex medical dermatology issues,” says Dr. Strasswimmer.

Both he and Dr. Hosseinipour are board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology. In addition, Dr. Hosseinipour is bringing new treatment options to patients.

“She is pioneering, through clinical trials, two non-surgical ways to treat skin cancers along with a way to use red light to treat acne,” says Dr. Strasswimmer.

As a medical correspondent, she oversees many professional conferences and selects the best data to be shared. Other dermatologists learn from Dr. Strasswimmer and Dr. Hosseinipour.

Important to both is that patients feel good about themselves when they leave.

“Both she and I consider every patient to be an aesthetic patient,” says Strasswimmer. “When people come to us with any condition, we want to make sure they leave here looking and feeling their best.”

All services, including Botox® and fillers are performed exclusively by the physicians, not by assistants.
