After Demi Moore shocked fans when she was the first model to strut down the catwalk in Kim Jones‘ couture collection for Fendi, it was more than her surprise runway debut that had everyone talking. Many declared that her face looked “unnatural.”
The Ghost actress stunned in an off-the-shoulder silk suit with a peplum hemline, but beauty insiders were more focused on her face. “She had no wrinkles and everything looked very pulled back,” a source dished about how the actress appeared backstage at the show. “It was clear she had work done.”

So, did the Striptease alum go under the knife? Experts exclusively talked to OK! to discuss what she’s done to her face.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Agullo believes the actress “had a facelift, but the fillers get all the attention,” adding that “her face and neck skin are much smoother, which is probably a combination of Micro-Botox and radio frequency.” Dr. Agullo noted that he thinks Moore’s injector “has certainly gone overboard with fillers in the cheeks, lips and mandible — to the point of looking unnatural.”
Beauty expert Pam Agullo, MD, dished to OK! that she was “left speechless with Demi Moore’s transformation.”
“She had always managed to achieve an ageless gorgeousness, but this time, I believe she has gone way over the top,” she notes. “Her features look completely exaggerated and out of proportion, most probably achieved with fillers to the cheekbones and a buccal fat pad removal to give her that chiseled look.”
