She told her fans ‘something has changed inside me’ and said her grandmother Jean, who she announced last month had died, disliked the altered look she’d gone for.

One-time Ex On The Beach star Charlotte said: ‘Me nana hated my lips, so if she knew I was getting this done, she’d be smiling from heaven.’

Revealing her deflated lips in her YouTube video, Charlotte told viewers: ‘They are horrendously bruised. They are so bruised. I don’t know when this bruising is going to go down.

‘The bruising is bad but I bruise quite bad anyway. You want to see when I got my bloods taken at the hospital. My arms were in bits!’

Having moved into some brighter light, Charlotte pointed at her lips and continued: ‘I think you can tell when I’m talking how much the top one has just disappeared.’

She added: ‘I don’t think they’re going to go down much more than that because I always had a big bottom lip.’

Pointing at her top lip she said: ‘My Cupid’s bow was always good. I got all my filler in the side to fan them out because you can see I kind of lose my sides when they go down.

‘I’m not disappointed, I’m really not disappointed! I should have waiting for the bruising to go down to show you but I don’t know how long that’s going to take and then I’ll ruin it because I’ve got a photoshoot on Tuesday!’

She concluded: ‘A lot of my friends are saying that I look like a different person.’

Charlotte revealed last month she was planning to get her lip fillers dissolved, admitting she never thought she’d ‘see the day’ that she would opt for a more natural look after first adjusting her lips back in 2014.

The Just Tattoo of Us presenter, who welcomed baby daughter Alba Jean last month, made the revelation just a year after Channel 5 pulled a documentary about her changing appearance following complaints.

Charlotte wrote on Instagram: ‘I’m just putting it out there… I’m getting my lips dissolved.

‘Never thought I’d see the day I’d say that. But It’s happening.’

Fillers are dissolved with injections of hyaluronidase which is to break it down, speeding up the dissolving process that would otherwise take place over time.

Charlotte previously hit out after she was criticised for having surgery, Botox and lip filler in a now-infamous 2021 Channel 5 documentary.

‘If I had a pound for every time someone told me my lips were too big, you know what, I would be s**ting money,’ she said on her Values and Vibrators podcast.

The channel removed the documentary from its streaming service after receiving 7,000 complaints to Ofcom.

The programme criticised her ‘plastic face’ and ‘duck lips,’ which came after years of of Charlotte being targeted by trolls due to her appearance.

MailOnline contacted representatives for Channel 5 and Ofcom for comment at the time.

Charlotte revealed that she first learned of the programme after fans got in touch to reveal they had switched off the show, having been utterly appalled by what they had seen.

Taking to Instagram she wrote: ‘I cannot quite believe I am saying this but here goes. Last night, Channel 5 & Crackit Productions put out a one-hour documentary called ‘Celebrities – What Happened To Your Face – Charlotte Crosby.

‘In 2021, a main UK channel and production company believe it would be a good use of airtime, to dissect my physical appearance.

‘I have seen how many of you saw it, switched off and complained – many not even ‘fans’ of me, just good people who know right from wrong. Thank you for that, and for your messages of love and support.

‘I am aware I have put myself and my face in the public eye. TV and broadcasting had given me and my family a life we could never have dreamed of. I enjoy it, am enormously grateful for it and many of my respected closest friends work within the industry.’

Charlotte, who has openly discussed having various procedures including a nose job, lip filler and breast enhancement, told fans she’d spent years being trolled for her appearance.

In the lengthy post she revealed that production on the show had continued even after her team complained to the broadcaster and suggested the time could have been better used airing a show about mental health.

Charlotte previously discussed her decision to have a nose job in 2016, after splashing out £4,000 for the procedure.

Speaking in a Q and A with fans previously, the star showed how the surgery altered her nose as she shared a side profile photo of her ‘hook’ and a shot of her slightly bruised face post-operation.

In October 2017, Charlotte also confirmed she had undergone surgery to correct her ‘uniboob’ after she was body shamed by vicious online trolls.

Speaking to heat magazine, the reality sensation – who suffers from a medical condition called congenital symmastia – admitted that she would also compare herself to other girls, leading her to undergo the corrective surgery.

She confessed to the publication: ‘My uni-boob made me feel under-confident. It (congenital symmastia) really limited what I could wear without people saying, “What the f***’s wrong with her boobs?”‘
