DEMING – Skin care healing and repair specialist Danielle Regalado, RN, BSN, has joined Valued Medical Care at 721 E. Holly Street, Suite A. The clinic is located directly behind Peppers Supermarket.
As a certified nurse injector, Regalado has opened her Beautïfy Cosmetics Clinic in the building. “I can provide Botox and filler injections through Botox Cosmetic, Jeuveau and Juvéderm,” Regalado said. “Clients now have the ability to have both procedures done locally here at Beautïfy,”
Regalado is a PRN in the Med-Surgery Unit at Mimbres Memorial Hospital and takes on tasks in the Obstetrics, Intensive Care and tele-technician units. She has worked at MMH for the past four years and has been a nurse for two and a half years.
She is currently enrolled at United States University in San Diego, CA to pursue her Nurse Practitioner license. Regalado trained with Aesthetic Medical Educators Training (AMET) of Family Physicians.
“I hope to expand on beauty products and services at Valued Medical Care,” she said.
Regalado is now accepting appointments for both Botox and fillers. Lips, wrinkles, crows’ feet and laugh lines are typical areas that a client can request Botox or fillers.
“People are having to go out of town for fillers, but now they can have the procedures done locally at Beautïfy in the Valued Medical Care,” Regalado said.
There is a demand for women and men to utilize Regalado’s services and she anticipates building a clientele here in Deming. “Two appointments were made this past week – one is a first-timer and the other had to travel to Las Cruces for for previous procedures,” she said.
Regalado also provides numbing creams, ice packs and the use of small syringes designated for insulin injections. “I take care of the clients to make sure they are comfortable during the procedure and educate them on after-care once the process is done,” she explained.
Clients are required to come into the appointment with no facial outbreaks and no makeup before pre-treatment.
Pricing ranges on the number of units in use based on age and skin, also taking into consideration metabolism, muscle tone and thickness of skin.
Botox treatments could last as long as three months, with frequent users lasting longer. Fillers can last six months – to a year.
“I became inspired to provide non-surgical facial rejuvenation services when I noticed most people are having to travel out of town, and even out of state, to obtain these services. I collaborate with my clients to develop a custom Beautïfy plan according to the clients’ wishes and budget,” Regalado said.
“Some plans include injections for prevention of wrinkle formation, reducing moderate to severe wrinkles that are already present, filling in deep facial wrinkles, and improving the volume in lips.
“Each client is different, and in this case, one size does not fit all. I understand the importance of customizing each Beautïfy plan to each individual.”
She also offers a special retinol cream to supplement beauty treatment plans to enhance collagen production in the facial skin that are specially ordered for the clinic called Beautïfy Cosmetics.
