The couple finally got married in a recent 90 Day Fiancé season 9 episode after Biniyam’s arrival in the U.S. Ariela’s spoiled behavior on the TLC show and her hasty decisions have often brought a lot of criticism to her way. But many viewers also admire Ariela for her complete transformation after giving birth to her son in 2019. However, Ariela’s weight-loss journey may be remarkable but her style is still in need of a makeover.
During 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 3, Ariela had some cosmetic procedures done on her face after she went back to the United States. Many fans accused her of ruining her cute look with plastic surgery, but she told viewers that all she had done was Botox. She says the treatments helped her smile more confidently and helped her to overcome her lifelong problem with her temporomandibular joint (TMJ). Besides, her face did look different because Ariela lost a lot of weight from breastfeeding her baby. She started eating right and working out while avoiding late-night meals.
But it seems Ariela couldn’t master the art of dressing well according to TLC viewers. If Ariela mostly dressed simply and comfortably on social media, she started to take risks when she was filming the show. Fans suggested sneakers would have been more appropriate for what she was doing but did agree that the blue of 90 Day Fiancé star Ariela’s velvet dress looked “phenomenal” on the New Jersey native.

Ariela may have wanted to dress to impress when meeting her ex-husband Leandro Fosque for the first time in the U.S. But fans thought she ended up looking like a Wish version of Cher Horowitz from Clueless in her plaid outfit. Reddit user Plastric_Electrical’s post about Ariela’s cropped jacket and shirt combo got comments such as, “Dawn Wiener energy” from u/erisbella and “Did you also see the way she walked? Awkward AF” from u/Socaura. Fans guessed Ariela wasn’t feeling comfortable in the outfit herself. They wondered if reality TV star Ariela’s gait was affected by the recent fillers she got injected in her buttocks in a non-surgical Brazilian butt lift. The unflattering outfit was voted down by most fans who also believe Ariela’s not used to walking in heels, and the shoes she wore were too big.

Redditor u/The_Chuckness88 called Ariela out for wearing an outfit meant for a club to a breakfast outing with Biniyam on 90 Day Fiancé. TLC viewer u/FeelingAmoeba4839 commented, “Lately her outfits look like she’s going clubbing and it’s 2009.” They wondered if Ariela dug out some clothes from her parents’ storage. While Ariela did have a yard sale a while ago, fans deduced that Ariela seems to have “zero fashion sense.” Not only did Ariela and Biniyam order breakfast burritos and not pancakes, but she also disappointed fans who usually liked how she used to dress back in Ethiopia in traditional outfits. Ariela has been advised to dress her age by 90 Day Fiancé fans, or perhaps stick to the jeans and top combos she mostly wears on Instagram.
